These Terms & Conditions govern how singers collaborate with AVS Music, a creative division of Alan Victor Services Ltd. By submitting your voice, song, or performance, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
- Minimum age 16 (or parental consent).
- Original vocal recordings only.
- Bengali or Hindi singing ability preferred.
- You must own the rights to your recordings.
3. Submission Requirements
- Your recording must be your own voice.
- No copyrighted material you don’t own.
- You allow AVS Music to review and evaluate your submission.
4. Collaboration Types
A. Free Collaboration (Unpaid)
- Full credits on all platforms.
- Social media exposure.
- Portfolio experience.
- Eligibility for future paid work.
B. Paid Collaboration
- Up to £300 per track if selected for festival, launch, or official release.
5. Credit & Royalty Rules
If your voice is used for free
- Full credits.
- Exposure.
- All collaboration rewards.
No royalties are paid.
If your voice is used on a paid basis
- One-time payment up to £300 per track.
You do not receive credits or royalties.
6. Usage Rights
- AVS Music may edit, mix, master, and modify your vocals.
- Your voice may be used in music, videos, events, and promotions.
- AVS Music may publish your voice on streaming platforms.
7. Payment Terms
- One-time fee up to £300 per track.
- Paid via bank transfer or PayPal.
- Issued within 30 days of selection.
- No royalties after payment.
8. Content Removal Requests
Free Collaboration
You may request removal from future releases (not guaranteed for already published content).
Paid Collaboration
Removal is not possible once payment is made and the track becomes an AVS Music asset.
9. Conduct & Professionalism
- Respectful communication.
- Timely responses.
- Professional behaviour.
10. Termination
- Violation of terms.
- Poor recording quality.
- Unresponsiveness.
- Project direction changes.
