1. Overview of the Challenge

The AVS Music Monthly Short Video Challenge (the “Challenge”) is a promotional activity organised by AVS Music, a creative division of Alan Victor Services Ltd, and sponsored by Musivora.com, a music streaming platform currently in development.

Participants create and publish short videos using AVS Music tracks. Each month, one winner will be selected based primarily on the highest number of genuine views, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The Challenge is open to:

• Individuals aged 16 or over (or with parental/guardian consent if under 18, where applicable).
• Participants who have access to at least one supported social media platform.
• Participants who comply with these Terms & Conditions and the rules of the platform they use.

AVS Music reserves the right to request proof of age or identity and to disqualify any entrant who does not meet the eligibility requirements.

3. How to Enter

3.1 Choose an AVS Music track

• Use any track released by AVS Music that you are permitted to use for this Challenge.
• Tracks may be provided via AVS Music, Musivora.com (when available), or other official AVS Music channels.

3.2 Create your short video

• Your video must prominently feature an AVS Music track as the main audio or a key part of the audio.
• Content should be suitable for a general audience and must not contain hateful, illegal, explicit, or abusive material.
• You must own or have permission to use all visual content in your video.

3.3 Post your video

Post your short video publicly on one or more of the following platforms:

• TikTok
• Instagram Reels
• YouTube Shorts
• Facebook Reels
• Any other platform explicitly approved by AVS Music from time to time

Your video must be set to public so that views can be verified.

3.4 Submit your entry to AVS Music

After posting your video, you must send AVS Music:

• A direct link (URL) to your video.
• Your name or creator/artist name.
• The platform used (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).

Submission methods (for example, email or form) will be specified on avsmusicgroup.com or other official AVS Music channels.

4. Views, Verification & Winner Selection

4.1 Minimum views

To be considered for the monthly prize, your video must achieve at least 1,000 genuine views on the platform where it is posted.

4.2 Highest views wins

• Each calendar month, AVS Music will review valid entries.
• The primary selection criterion is the highest number of genuine views among qualifying videos.
• AVS Music may also consider engagement and content quality in case of ties or suspected irregularities.

4.3 Genuine views only

• Views must be organic and genuine.
• Use of bots, paid view services, or any artificial inflation of views is strictly prohibited.
• AVS Music reserves the right to disqualify any entry suspected of using fraudulent methods.

4.4 Final decision

AVS Music’s decision regarding the winner, disqualification of entries, and interpretation of these Terms & Conditions is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into regarding such decisions.

5. Prize

• One winner will be selected each month, subject to sufficient qualifying entries.
• The prize is £20 GBP (twenty pounds sterling).
• Payment method may include bank transfer, PayPal, or another method agreed between AVS Music and the winner.
• No alternative prize (cash or otherwise) will be offered, except at AVS Music’s sole discretion.

AVS Music reserves the right to withhold or cancel the prize if no entries meet the minimum requirements or if fraud or abuse is suspected.

6. Unpaid Participation in AVS Music Projects

Participation in AVS Music music videos, film projects, or related creative work advertised in connection with this Challenge is generally unpaid, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement.

• Participants may receive credits, social media exposure, and portfolio experience.
• Any paid roles or separate agreements will be clearly communicated and documented individually.

7. Rights, Usage & Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of your original video content, subject to any platform terms you have agreed to.
• By entering the Challenge, you grant AVS Music, Alan Victor Services Ltd, and Musivora.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:
  • View, share, repost, and feature your video on their websites and social media channels.
  • Use your video (or excerpts) for promotional purposes related to AVS Music, Musivora.com, or the Challenge.
• You confirm that your video does not infringe any third-party rights (including music, images, trademarks, or personal rights) other than AVS Music tracks used with permission for this Challenge.

8. Conduct & Content Rules

Your video must not:

• Promote hate, discrimination, or violence.
• Contain illegal, defamatory, or highly offensive material.
• Include explicit sexual content or extreme graphic content.
• Encourage dangerous or harmful behaviour.

AVS Music may disqualify any entry that, in its sole opinion, breaches these rules or damages the reputation of AVS Music, Musivora.com, or Alan Victor Services Ltd.

9. Liability

• You participate in the Challenge at your own risk. AVS Music is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• AVS Music is not responsible for technical issues, platform outages, or data loss on third-party platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or Facebook.
• If the Challenge is disrupted, altered, or cancelled due to events beyond AVS Music’s control, AVS Music may modify, suspend, or terminate the Challenge without prior notice.

10. Privacy

AVS Music may collect and store basic information you provide (such as your name, contact details, and links to your videos) for the purpose of administering the Challenge and communicating with you.

11. Changes to These Terms

AVS Music may update or amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your entry will apply to your participation for that month’s Challenge.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with the Challenge shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
